Under his leadership, Sadaharitha has become a leading player in commercial forestry, known for its innovative methodologies and technological advancements. Prior to founding Sadaharitha, Mr. Nawarathne held key directorial positions in organizations such as the State Plantations Corporation, Coconut Development Authority, and Coconut Cultivation Board, honing his expertise in the field.

With extensive management experience in marketing, global business expansion, and strategic planning, he excels in identifying opportunities and initiating financial solutions for mega projects. Mrs.Fatimawati Binti Abdul Hamid

Mrs. Fathimawati Binti Abdul Hamid is a seasoned company director with over 15 years of international business experience. Currently director for Sadaharitha Sdn. Bhd., she holds a BBA from the University of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, and was the top student in Perak, Malaysia. With expertise in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis, she has driven significant growth and operational improvements. Fluent in Malay and English, Mrs. Abdul Hamid is recognized for her leadership, communication, and excellence, having received the Best Sale Increment Award and notable achievements in the Muslim attire market.

Dr. Jinendra specializes in NIR Spectroscopy, Electronics Automation, and Smart Farming Tools. He holds an MSc in Environmental Information and Bio-production Engineering and a PhD in Bio-measurement Engineering, both from Kobe University, Japan. His expertise and innovative approach in smart farming and agricultural technology contribute significantly to advancing sustainable agricultural practices.

Dr.Dhanushka Hettiarachchi

Dr. Dhanushaka Hettiarachchi, A distinguished forestry consultant with over a decade of experience as a research scientist with WESCORP Group. He serves as a visiting lecturer at Edith Cowan University and Curtin University in Australia. Dr. Hettiarachchi is also a Technical Product Specialist at Quintis Sandalwood Australia. His professional affiliations include membership in the Technical Committee of the Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists and the International Organization for Standardization’s Committee on Essential Oils. He holds a PhD in Pharmacy and is a member of MARCICCHEM and MASC, underscoring his extensive expertise and contributions to both the scientific and academic communities.
